FLAGCHIP featuring at the ECPE 2025 Workshop on Ultra-High-Voltage Power Electronics
Last week, the ECPE 2025 Workshop on Ultra-High-Voltage Power Electronics brought together leading experts, researchers, and industry stakeholders to discuss the latest advancements in high-voltage and wide-bandgap power electronics.
The workshop was co-organised by three EU-funded projects — FOR2ENSiCS, SiC4GRID, and AdvanSiC — each contributing to Europe’s strategic efforts in advancing next-generation power electronics technologies.
Several of our FLAGCHIP partners, who are also involved in these co-organising projects, participated in the event. Their presence provided a valuable opportunity to briefly highlight the FLAGCHIP project, showcasing how its work on advanced power semiconductor manufacturing is relevant to and complementary with the broader European R&I activities presented during the workshop.
These cross-project interactions help strengthen alignment across ongoing initiatives and support Europe’s ambition to build a cohesive, resilient, and competitive semiconductor ecosystem.
We thank our partners for presenting FLAGCHIP in this context and acknowledge ECPE for organising such an insightful and engaging workshop.
